Goetz’s role is to ensure that all public facing systems are secure
against cyber security attacks.
Goetz has over 10 years’ experience in cyber security and related roles and has remained passionate about cyber security since the start of his IT career.
The real test of his skills were with a tenure with the MOD to create Restricted Over the Internet (ROI) Gateways and improve them. He was also part of the cyber team tasked to respond to a data breach of a large broadband provider and helped implement numerous security measures for that company.
Goetz is a Fellow of the British Computer Society as a Chartered IT Professional and holds Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status with the Engineering Council.
If he is not found behind the keyboard, he volunteers his time as an Enhanced Community First Responder with the North West Ambulance Service.
